Sicame UK WT Henley ENERGY IS OUR BUSINESS

ML1, 2 & 3 aluminium

The ML range of mechanical lugs has been designed as a practical alternative to crimping or sweating methods. Terminations can be jointed using simple hand tools. The bolted connection to the busbar can be accurately located before the conductor is finally secured. The mechanical lugs have been short circuit tested.

ML4/1, 4/2, 4/9 & 4/10 brass forgings

The ML4 range of mechanical connectors are designed for the termination of stranded/solid, circular/shaped conductor cores. The mechanical lugs are manufactured in copper alloy and suitable for jointing either copper or aluminium cored conductor.

ML4/12, 4/13 & 4/14 brass forgings

The ML4 range of mechanical connectors are designed for the termination of stranded/solid, circular conductor cores. Also used for the termination of earth screens of 11KV polymeric conductors. The mechanical lugs are manufactured in copper alloy and suitable for jointing either copper or aluminium cored conductor.

ML5 aluminium

Termination of solid cored conductors.

ML6 aluminium

Termination of solid cored conductors.

ML7 aluminium

The ML7 mechanical lugs are manufactured from an aluminium forging, thereby providing an integral moisture block. The lugs utilise the patented 'universal' range taking shear bolts.

ML7/SH aluminium

The ML7 mechanical lugs are manufactured from an aluminium forging, thereby providing an integral moisture block. The lugs utilise the proven shear head technology with direct contact onto the cable cores thereby removing the requirement for a pressure pad.

ML8 aluminium

The ML8 mechanical lugs are manufactured from an aluminium forging, thereby providing an integral moisture block. The lugs utilise the patented 'universal' range taking shear bolts.

ML10/SH termination

The Sicame ML10/SH mechanical lugs are manufactured from an aluminium bar thereby providing an integral moisture block.

NML aluminium

The NML range of mechanical lugs has been designed as a practical alternative to crimping or sweating methods. Terminations can be jointed using simple hand tools. The bolted connection to the busbar can be accurately located before the conductor is finally secured. The mechanical lugs have been short circuit tested.
